FAQ/ RENTAL APPLICATION:

1. What are the qualifications to rent a property?
To qualify for ANY of our properties:
-You must have a verifiable monthly gross income of at least 2.5 times the rent.
-You must be at your CURRENT job for a minimum of 4 months.
-Have a good credit history.
-Have a good rental history with NO evictions, NO co-signers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Do you accept co-signers?
We do not accept co-signers.
2. Is there an application fee?
Yes, the application fee is $40.00 CASH per adult.
3. We're married, can we fill out only one application?
No. Regardless of marital status, any adult over the age of 18 must submit their own application with their own information.
4. We're a one income household, since I do not work we're only turning in one application. Is that fine?
No. Regardless of employment status, any adult over the age of 18 must submit their own application with their own information.
5. Can I submit an application online?
No. All applications must be fully completed with the required documentation and submitted directly to our office. 
6. Can I submit one application and it be considered for multiple places?
Yes! You are welcome to have an open application that will apply to any of our available rentals.
7. How long is my approved application good for?
Your approved application is good for 30 days, upon the time of approval.
8. How old do you need to be to apply?
You must be 18 years or older in order to apply.
9. I see that all lease terms are 6 months, do you have anything longer?
All lease terms are 6 months and then go month to month, a re-sign is not necessary after the initial term is completed.
